PHALABORWA

A WWTP built in 2006 for just 30% the cost of conventional systems. It was also completed in six months – a quarter of the time it would have taken to build a conventional plant. Cost-wise, repair and maintenance work has been negligible after 15 years of uninterrupted operations, whilst meeting all effluent requirements. And it needs just 30% of the energy required to run conventional systems. Also, the tanks have maintained their structural integrity 15 years after construction.

BURGERSFORT

Built in 2015 at a cost of R69,000,000 our WWTP in Burgersfort has a design capacity of 10Ml/day. It was built on the same construction platform as the Burgersfort wastewater plant we constructed in 2006. Being completely prefabricated, it ensured far quicker completion and flexibility than any conventional system.
